Enjoy Fall and Your Pumpkin-Spiced Favorites
With the cooler weather, many of us are reaching for comfort foods and our fall pumpkin spiced favorites. Whether it's pumpkin spiced cakes, cookies, muffins or milk drinks, don't forget you can use camel milk to replace the milk in any of your recipes.
Camel milk is a real dairy product and offers superior nutritional value to other forms of milk. Camel milk is packed with vitamins and minerals, including more Vitamin A and 3 to 5 times more Vitamin C than cow's milk. It also contains high proportions of minerals, such as magnesium, potassium, phosphorus, calcium, zinc and copper. Camel milk contains 10 times more iron than cow's milk.

Here's one way to enjoy camel milk in your cooking and baking - a recipe for a Pumpkin Spiced Latte:
2 cups Camelicious camel milk
2 tablespoons pumpkin puree, or more to taste
1 to 3 tablespoons sugar, depending on how sweet you like it
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice, plus more for serving
1/2 cup strong hot coffee
Whipped cream, for serving, if desired.
Add the camel milk, pumpkin puree, and sugar to a saucepan over medium heat. Heat until hot, but do not boil. Remove the saucepan from the heat and whisk in the vanilla, pumpkin pie spice, and the coffee.
Divide the mixture between two mugs. Top with whipped cream and a sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice.
